What is so interesting about desi food combinations? Let me answer that question with one word, ‘everything.’ India is known for having a varied list of desi combinations. And scientists too, have figured out what makes Indian food so delicious. Indian food is a result of the precise pairing of ingredients which is very different from the West. Western cuisine consists of many dishes with overlapping flavours. Indian cuisine, on the other hand, does not have a mix of ingredients that overlap.
